Account & Platform Data — When you use DeepInsight, we collect: account credentials, research queries and results, workspace and folder structure, team member information, usage patterns, and feature preferences.

Automatically Collected Data — When you visit our websites or use the platform, we automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages visited and time spent, referring URLs, and click patterns (via analytics).

Communications — If you contact us by email or through our forms, we retain those communications to respond to your inquiry and improve our services.

Payment Information — For paid DeepInsight plans, payment processing is handled by Stripe. NeuralStrat Labs stores only the last four digits of your card and billing address. Full payment details are never stored on our servers.

Account Data — Retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion, during which you may request restoration. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.

Research Data — DeepInsight research reports and query history are retained while your account is active. You can delete individual items or your entire history at any time from within the platform.

Communications — Support and contact form communications are retained for 3 years for quality assurance and legal purposes.

Billing Records — Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
